· Kirkland told Donna that he and Charlie are going to be parents. He has not told Vicky or Grant
Anna Stuart as Donna Love |
Cynthia Watros as Vicky Hudson |
VICKY: What?
VICKY: Kirkland’s gonna be a father and he didn’t even tell me?
VICKY: Why not? I’m gonna be a grandmother and I’m the last to know.
DONNA: You are NOT the last to know.
VICKY: I bet he told Grant. I’m gonna go talk to Kirkland.
DONNA: Marley’s fine. It’s not about Marley. It’s about when you see Kirkland. If he tells you that he and Charlie are gonna be parents, you have to act surprised.
VICKY: Why? I know that they’re having a baby. There’s no need for me to pretend as if I didn’t.
DONNA: Because you weren’t supposed to know. I was sworn to secrecy.
VICKY: So the other day he…told you that he and Charlie were having a baby. He actually…came to tell me.
VICKY: That’s Kirkland. He wants to meet me at the Center. Guess he’s gonna tell me.
Josh Kelly as Kirkland Harrison |
Brittany Underwood as Charlie Winthrop Harrison |
KIRKLAND: Like you’re about to go tell your dad about what happened at the hospital.
CHARLIE: After sleeping on it I…I feel a little bit better about it.
KIRKLAND: Really?
CHARLIE: Yeah, despite what happened, and that it happens to so many people, Dr. Mason was wrong.
KIRKLAND: And you don’t care about the fallout possibilities if your dad decides to sue?
CHARLIE: That’s not it at all. Believe me I would hate to be the person who causes an uprising in Bay City but I HAVE to say something. I can’t hold this back anymore.
KIRKLAND: It’s eating you up.
CHARLIE: It’s starting to, and all the stress isn’t good for our baby.
KIRKLAND: I just want you to feel good about it.
KIRKLAND: I’m gonna tell my parents that we’re having a baby.
CHARLIE: You haven’t told them yet?
KIRKLAND: I could have told my mom but my dad was out of town, and I wanted to tell them both at the same time. They argued when I told them about the wedding.
CHARLIE: You told Grant about the wedding first.
KIRKLAND: Yeah. I’m not making that mistake again.
CHARLIE: So your dad’s back in town?
KIRKLAND: Yeah he texted while you were in the shower, and I texted my mom so I’m meeting them later.
CHARLIE: Well it’s time for us to head out.
KIRKLAND: You wanna join me at the hospital later? Bridget’s going home today.
CHARLIE: I’ll let you know. Depends on how things go with my dad.
Kate Mansi as Lindsay Winthrop |
Lexi Ainsworth as Bridget McKinnon |
BRIDGET: Hey. Come in.
LINDSAY: I know you’re glad to be getting out of here today.
BRIDGET: Yes. It’ll be great to sleep in my own bed again.
LINDSAY: I can imagine. Need some help packing?
BRIDGET: Yeah if you don’t mind.
BRIDGET: To be honest with you, as healthy as I’ve ever been.
LINDSAY: You recovered very nicely I must say. Your body when through anaphylactic shock.
BRIDGET: From an antibiotic that I didn’t even need to take.
Denyse Tontz as Michele McKinnon |
MICHELE: So how did you get a S.T.I. without sleeping with anyone else? If Cory is the only person you’ve ever slept with…
BRIDGET: He is!
MICHELE: Then how could you have possibly gotten chlamydia stupid? Did you ever consider the possibility that…you might not have it all?
BRIDGET: My doctor ran the tests three times. It wasn’t a mistake.
MICHELE: That’s because…I made it happen.
BRIDGET: What?
MICHELE WALKS CLOSER TO BRIDGET AND STOPS RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER.
MICHELE: The security breach at the hospital? Hello?
BRIDGET: That was…that was you? You…tampered with my test.
MICHELE: And your test was negative.
BRIDGET: They’re saying it was just a mix up of the tests.
LINDSAY: They need to put more security measures in place so things like that don’t happen.
BRIDGET: I’m sure the hospital took all the precautions and protocols that they could take. Dr. Matthews said that I never even had chlamydia.
LINDSAY: Michele hi.
BRIDGET: Hey Michele.
MICHELE: You’re going home today. That’s great news.
Mark Pinter as Grant Harrison |
VICKY: What are you doing here?
GRANT: Kirkland texted me while I was on my way back from Washington. Is everything okay?
VICKY: He texted me, too. I guess we’re gonna have to wait until he gets here for us to find out.
GRANT: You know something don’t you?
VICKY: I am just as in the dark as you are.
VICKY: Hi honey.
GRANT: Look if you’re in some kind of trouble, I can help you.
KIRKLAND: Dad, it’s nothing bad.
GRANT: Then what is it?
KIRKLAND: You know don’t you?
GRANT: Know what?
VICKY: Alright. I might as well come clean. Grant, we’re gonna be grandparents.
GRANT: Grandparents? You and Charlie are having a baby! Congratulations!
KIRKLAND: Grandma Donna told you didn’t she? I told her not to tell anyone until I talked to you both---
GRANT: Wait a minute. You told Donna before you told me?
VICKY: Well we’re even. He didn’t tell me about the wedding. He told YOU first.
GRANT: We’re far from even. He told Donna first.
VICKY: He actually came to tell me first. I’m his mother. I’m his favorite parent.
GRANT: Mostly because you kept him from me.
KIRKLAND: GUYS! This is why I wanted to tell you at the same time. I knew you would bicker.
VICKY: We’re…I’m sorry. This isn’t about us. This is about you and Charlie, and our granddaughter.
GRANT: You mean grandson. I can teach him all about politics.
VICKY: The least interesting subject in the world. I want to teach my granddaughter all my beauty secrets.
Stephen Schnetzer as Cass Winthrop |
CHARLIE: Hey dad. How are you?
CASS: I’m great now. I’ve been swamped with work. I could use a break. So you decided to come see your old man. Is everything okay with the baby?
CHARLIE: The baby’s fine.
CHARLIE: There’s nothing in my marriage.
CASS: Well then what is it? Something clearly is on your mind.
CHARLIE: What…made you think that?
CASS: I’ve only known all of your life. I can see when something’s bothering you. Come on talk to your dad.
CHARLIE: I went…back and forth about this. I’m still not even sure if I should say anything to you.
CASS: You’re starting to scare me.
CHARLIE: Wait…forget it.
CASS: I’m your father. Look I can’t help you if you don’t talk to me.
CHARLIE: It…happened at the hospital. Right before I found out I was pregnant.
BRIDGET: We’ll be fine.
BRIDGET: No, I’m actually glad you came. Make yourself useful and finish packing my other bag.
MICHELE: Looks like Lindsay took care of it. It’s good to see you up and moving.
BRIDGET: Yeah I’m feeling better than I’ve ever felt.
MICHELE: That’s…that’s good. Hey listen…maybe if you’re up to it we can…watch a movie and…
BRIDGET: Eat pints of ice cream.
MICHELE: Bet you forgot what my favorite was.
BRIDGET: Vanilla bean. Oh my God I could never figure out what it was that you liked about that ice cream. It was so plain. I’d have to have like…chocolate syrup or something to go with that.
MICHELE: Well I liked Rocky Road.
BRIDGET: I know. Mom and dad would have to get us our own pints.
MICHELE: Among other things.
BRIDGET: Because we wouldn’t share.
BRIDGET: Who says those days have to be old?
MICHELE: I know I haven’t been the best sister to you.
BRIDGET: No matter what, we’ll always be sisters.

MICHELE: That’s because…I made it happen.
