MAGGIE: It was Brianna.
FRANKIE: What? Why?
MAGGIE: I remembered that she kidnapped me the night of Carl’s party.
FRANKIE: It was Christy Carson. She and Brianna were working together.
MAGGIE: Christy? You mean that awful woman who tried to poison my dad?
FRANKIE: Yes.
MAGGIE LEANS OVER TO GET HER PHONE AND DROPS IT ON THE FLOOR. FRANKIE PICKS IT UP AND NOTICES.
MAGGIE: Come on give me my phone.
MAGGIE SITS UP AND REACHES, BUT FRANKIE PULLS BACK AS SHE SCROLLS.
FRANKIE: All these texts.
MAGGIE: Rafael was using my phone.
FRANKIE: No Maggie. YOU were the one texting. You woke up long before today didn’t you?
MAGGIE: My gosh you come up with the wildest stories. You should have been an author.
FRANKIE GIVES MAGGIE BACK HER PHONE.
FRANKIE: Why didn’t you tell anyone earlier?
CASS WALKS IN WITH RAFAEL.
CASS: Cecile is still locked down on the island, and Charlie was tired.
MAGGIE: I’m going to be an aunt. I’ll visit her as soon as I can.
RAFAEL: You’re awake? That’s great news!
FRANKIE LOOKS AT RAFAEL SUSPICIOUSLY.
RAFAEL: Did you call Rachel?
MAGGIE: I sent a text. She should be on her way.

RACHEL SEES THE TEXT FROM MAGGIE AS ELIZABETH WALKS IN AFTER RACHEL ENDS HER CALL.
RACHEL: Maggie woke up. I’m going to the hospital to see her.
ELIZABETH: That’s…that’s great news.
RACHEL: But before I leave, I have to ask you about something.
ELIZABETH: What is it?
RACHEL CLOSES THE LAPTOP AND GETS UP.
RACHEL: I was looking at your trust fund statement.
ELIZABETH: Did you? What did you see?

ELIZABETH: Just some clothes; jewelry. I saw an outfit online and I just had to have
it.
RACHEL: Oh can I see it?
ELIZABETH: I’m getting it altered. I’ll show you as soon as it arrives. I gotta go.
ELIZABETH
TRIES TO WALK AWAY.
RACHEL: Come on Elizabeth. Surely you can think of a better lie than that.
ELIZABETH STOPS AND TURNS AROUND TO FACE HER MOTHER.
RACHEL: You’ve withdrawn five hundred dollars and you can’t tell me what you spent it on?ELIZABETH: Isn’t it my trust fund?
RACHEL: I’m the executor of your trust fund. It’s my responsibility to make sure you don’t
squander it.
ELIZABETH: You don’t trust me do you?
RACHEL: It’s not about that. You’re still young, and I have to make sure
that your money is safe and secure.
ELIZABETH: It’s really a shame that I can’t withdraw
money that belongs to ME, AND I have to explain it to you.
RACHEL: You still haven’t told me why you took five
hundred dollars from your trust fund.
ELIZABETH: It’s my money. I don’t have to answer to you about it.
RACHEL: You keep forgetting that I’m in control of
it, and since you won’t tell me what you spent it on, I will lower your weekly
withdrawal limit.
ELIZABETH: Okay.
RACHEL: To seventy five dollars.

Seventy-five dollars! What am I supposed
to do with that?
RACHEL: Do what most people do; get a job.
ELIZABETH: Well um…can you put me on the payroll at
BayCorp?

you earn will go directly to your trust fund.

ELIZABETH: Thanks Dev, but I don’t think my mom’s gonna
be on board with me working at Club Freedom.
DEVIN: The place would be closed during your
shift. I could talk to your mom.
RACHEL: I won’t need any convincing. I think it’s a wonderful idea.
DANA KRAMER WALKS UP TO THEM.
DANA: Hi ladies.
TONI: Dana.
THOMASINA: Dana what is it?
DANA: Can we talk in your office?
THOMASINA: Um…yeah sure. Let’s go.
DANA AND THOMASINA WALK AWAY AS DALTON WALKS UP TO TONI.
DALTON: I’m gonna have tests run, but I bet the same drugs that were found in Gregory’s system are the same that’s being sold on the streets, and through Satin Avenue.
TONI: That’s great. You can use the station. But one thing I need to tell you, don’t criticize any of my staff on how to do their duties, that’s my job, and Dante is an excellent detective.
DALTON: I don’t doubt that. I apologize if I was out of line.
TONI: You WERE out of line.
DALTON: It will never happen again. I’ll get to work on those tests.
TONI GETS A PHONE CALL.
TONI: Burrell…I’ll be right there. Agent Chapin you can come.
DALTON: What is it?

IN THOMASINA’S OFFICE, DANA SITS ACROSS FROM THOMASINA WHILE THOMASINA SITS AT HER DESK, LOOKING AT A PIECE OF PAPER.
THOMASINA: So…Charlie has filed the lawsuit.
DANA: Sure did.
THOMASINA: It’s just a matter of time before the board gets a hold of this.
DANA: As my client I had to tell you. As your attorney I also need to tell you that there’s a bumpy ride in front of us. Charlie has a solid case.
THOMASINA: I can’t believe this. This happens to us a lot, and now she’s bringing a racial discrimination lawsuit against the hospital and me.
DANA: I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you.
THOMASINA: How can I not? My career could be destroyed if Charlie Harrison wins this.
DANA: I’m not gonna let that happen, okay? I’ve learned a few things during my time away form Bay City. You will come out just fine.
THOMASINA: This doesn’t look good Dana.

DANA: No it doesn’t, but if Mrs. Harrison wants to take this to the courts, then she’d better be prepared to have her name dragged through the mud, too.

TONI: Well. Is this what I think it is?
DALTON: I’m gonna take a look around.
DANTE: We have to get a coroner’s report, but I think it’s only going to confirm what we suspect.
TONI: Where did you find her?
DANTE: Right here.
DANTE POINTS TO THE SPOT HE FOUND BRIANNA TONI LOOKS AROUND.
